Bates Mobile Medical Clinic provides comprehensive primary care diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions to homebound or disabled patients.
Patients do not need to be homebound or elderly to receive services; just let us know if you would like an in-home visit and we will set it up for you.
Medical Assistants and a LPN can assist the Nurse Practitioners with the following in-home or adult care setting services:
- Diagnosis and management of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, dementia.
- Treatment of acute concerns such as urinary tract infection, skin disorders, upper respiratory infections.
- Coordination with medical specialists and hospice.
- Referrals to specialists, home health agencies, or medical suppliers.
- Medication management
- Patient education
- Annual physicals required by DSHS, employers, and DOT
- On-site training for adult family home and assisted living staff
